Hardware Procurement Specialist

Description:

• Work with different stakeholder teams to ensure delivery service levels are reached.
• Contact vendors, verify supply, manage supply requisition, and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates and inform stakeholders of potential delays.
• Own communications with customers on updated delivery statuses
• Propose alternative solutions to unblock customer needs
• Seek process improvement opportunities and work with internal counterparts for implementation
• Create and maintain reports that capture delivery and deployment delays
• Present risks and mitigation plans to internal stakeholders

Basic requirements:

• Effective communication skills, verbal and written
• 5-7 years of experience in customer service-related positions
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management positions
• Full understanding of end-to-end supply chain business workflow
• Proficient with office tools (MS Office, Google Office tools)
• Extensive knowledge of IT equipment and the market of consumer electronics

Basic Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, economics, or equivalent majors from an accredited college or university
