A new opportunity for a HR professional to join the team based onsite with our client, a large international business in central Dublin. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to use your HR and ER expertise to work with our managers to provide best practice advise and support across a range of employee and industrial relations issues.
Adopting an encouraging and coaching style you’ll ensure our people processes are maintained to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role and as the main HR contact on site you’ll be key to engaging with our employees, client, and trade unions to build successful working relationships. You will be part of the wider Sodexo HR Team in Ireland who can provide advice on more complex issues and support you to thrive within the role.
You’ll be CIPD qualified with broad HR generalist experience and an understanding of all aspect of HR management including reward, resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management and employee relations.
Salary of 45,000 to 50,000 euros, depending on experience, plus access to a range of fantastic benefits. This role offers a real opportunity long term for training and potential professional development.
