Salary €53,347 – €65,175* (*LSI )

Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience

Essential

· QQI Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Human Resources or related discipline

and /or

· Minimum 3 years’ experience (within the last 5 years) working within the Public sector at Clerical V in a HR capacity

Desirable

· Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Demonstrable evidence and track record of strong leadership and influencing skills.

· Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.

· Experience of overseeing large scale projects

· Excellent attention to detail, administration, and organisational skills

· Ability to be flexible and innovative in your role.

· Self motivated with ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as on own initiative.

· Evidence of continuous professional development
