Roles and Responsibilities:

• To oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of the Human Resources department
• To ad to the great work culture by encouraging transparency
• Advise, assist, and support the Heads of Department
• Take lead on recruitment activities and process
• Ensure training compliance throughout the business
• Answering staff queries and monitor absenteeism
• Following up on the maintenance of management protocols

Requirements:

• A qualification in Human Resources Management or currently studying HR
• Previous experience in a HR role/within a HR department
• Good knowledge of Irish employment law
• Having a keen eye for detail
• The ability to manage payroll submissions
• Holds motivation to develop their skills
