Job Description - Inside Sales Representative

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

My Client, a B2B Contract Sales & Business Development company based in Galway, is looking to hire someone with aftersales and strong administrative experience.

The inside sales representative will work closely with the Technical Sales Business Development team to professionally represent their client’s portfolio of high-profile international client companies in the B2B medical device sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Sales Support: Assist in generating leads and qualifying prospects through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media engagement.

· After Sales Support: Aid customers post-sale, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.

· CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and detailed information regarding leads, prospects, and customer interactions.

· Collaboration with Tech Sales Team: Coordinate with the technical sales team to understand product specifications, features, and updates, and effectively communicate them to potential and existing customers.

· Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties including but not limited to preparing sales reports, updating sales documentation, and managing sales-related paperwork to ensure smooth operations.

· Account Management: Support in managing accounts by tracking customer interactions, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and assisting in developing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience providing customer support in a sales administration/customer service environment.

· Strong verbal communication skills required for outbound customer contact.

· Highly motivated and proficient, able to grasp issues quickly.

· Excellent administration, communication and organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

· Good technical knowledge of excel, presentation skills, data analytics desirable, and Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint.

· Ability to assimilate new information and data quickly and accurately.
