Excel Recruitment is delighted to announce we are currently seeking an HR Administrator to join our client in South Dublin.

Salary: €30k-€35k

Our client is a rapidly growing and thriving retailer in Ireland. This role would be ideal for a junior HR Administrator or graduate looking to develop their HR abilities and experience with this large retail company.

Your responsibilities of this HR Administrator:

• Carrying out all HR administration duties
• Handling customer complaints and queries
• Handling the store inductions, training, and development of staff in the store
• Management of the probationary process where applicable ensures the health, safety, and welfare at work for all colleagues working in their store
• Managing and governing HR procedures
• Overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of the store in addition to your HR role
• Supporting the Store Manager with the general management of the store, occasionally providing support to operations within the store including opening and closing

Who you are as an HR Professional:

• Notable experience and a proven track record in retail or some customer-faced HR environment are required
• A relevant HR qualification
• Highly organised and proficient with HR principles
• Excellent communication skills and detail orientated
• High level of understanding of employment law within the retail sector,
• Payroll, roster and holiday planning experience is required
