Location: Dublin City Centre

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday

Offering Salary: €25k – €29k

Our client in North Dublin is looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to join their excellent and growing team!

Role Requirements: 

• Dealing with customer queries in an efficient and professional manner.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and assist with their queries.
• Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to resolve their issues.

Candidate requirements:

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

• Previous experience in a similar role desirable
• Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
