Job Description - Office Administrator

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Enniscorthy, Co.Wexford

Salary: €30,000-€35,000 DOE

Position: Full time permanent role, fully onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Efficiently organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for key personnel, ensuring employee records are updated.
  • Prioritization: Skillfully handle and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Organisation: Maintain a structured and orderly office environment, including desk and workspace organisation.
  • Reports: Running weekly reports using excel
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Task Coordination: Assist in the coordination of tasks, ensuring seamless workflow and timely completion of assignments.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as required
  • Planning and hosting company events along with attending client meetings as requested.

About you:

  • x3 years proven experience in a fast paced administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite- Extremely confident in Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Be a team player with a willingness to learn attitude.
