Job Description - Office Manager

Office Manager

Our client, a long established general medical practice with 2 locations in Limerick city, are now looking to further expand their management team & have exclusively engaged with Cpl to hire an experienced Office Manager.

The Job :

As a key part of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient running of 2 busy medical practices & be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, support staff members & financial/accounts administration.

In addition to the above, you will also manage staff rosters, ensure the booking system is operating efficiently, update IT systems, maintain compliance with medical standards, resolve staff & patient queries & ensure a high standard of care is provided to all service users.

Your Skills & Experience that we need :

  • 3rd level qualified ideally in a relevant discipline.
  • 2-3+ years’ relevant Office Manager experience ideally gained in a medical practice or professional services (eg Accountancy or Legal practice) environment.
  • Previous experience in accounts/financial administration would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

The Offer :

The is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications but expected to be approx. 35k -40k with further growth expected.

This role will be fully office based in Limerick city.
