Operations Coordinator

We are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a global healthcare organization in a busy EMEA shared service centre. The Operations Coordinator will be in charge of monitoring performance metrics, and overseeing projects using Smartsheet. This position demands an adept analytical mindset, remarkable organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills with all tiers of the company. It is a6-month contract , based in Dublin West .After the training and onboarding period, it will be a mostly remote role -1 day per month in Office. Full time hours offering flexibility around schedule.

Key Responsibilities of Operations Coordinator:

• Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

• Support projects using Smartsheet, including task tracking and status reporting

• Maintain and update process documentation and training materials

• Maintain the internal team intranet site to ensure timely updates & accurate information share

• Coordinate information & data to generate weekly, monthly & quarterly reports

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Ideal Operations Coordinator experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience working with Oracle an advantage

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
