Payroll Administrator- Galway

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator who will be based in our head office in Briarhill Galway.

The Company

EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer operating nationwide, as well as a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest independent Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing over 350 people.

Main duties will include but not limited to:

• Processing end to end weekly payrolls
• Updating employee data on Collsoft and the Time Management System
• Processing employee deductions and additions with accuracy
• Maintenance of employee benefits, such as Pensions and Health Insurance
• Filing monthly PAYE Returns
• Generation of weekly and monthly ad hoc payroll reports
• Administration

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years Payroll Experience
• Proficient in using TMS, Collsoft, Excel,
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
