Post: Payroll Administrator - Grade IV
Full Time (35hrs per week) – Permanent Contract
Location: Head Office, Ballymun, Dublin 9
A vacancy exists for a Grade IV Payroll Administrator– Full-time Permanent Contract, based in the Finance Department in Ballymun Headquarters.
We are looking for a proactive and progressive individual to join our Finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager / Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will assist in the processing of a large monthly payroll of 2k plus employee’s. Assist in the execution of detailed rostering within a 24/7 residential environment in conjunction with the Person in Charge and HR department for over 80 residential units

Salary Scale: Successful candidates will be paid in line with HSE revised consolidated Grade IV pay scale point 1; €31,547 – point 16; €50,348 per annum based on working a 35 hour week.
Should you have no prior public sector experience you will be placed on point 1 of the pay-scale above.
