- Develop and implement program roadmaps that align with strategic business objectives.
- Manage program budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Track program progress, measure performance metrics, and report on results to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Drive Governance activities related to Solutioning T2G, including consolidate workstreams actions.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior program management or consulting role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
