Programme Delivery Manager - Operations Development & Compliance

Our client is a leading utilities company currently seeking a Programme Delivery Manager to join their Operations Development and Compliance function.


In this role you will lead a team with the goal of ensuring best practice Programme Delivery for the Operations Office are withheld across an wide ranging portfolio of change projects.

With a focus on mitigating risk, you will take responsibility for driving operational excellence, managing the Programme Delivery Office to ensure active engagement of the team while supporting all impacted functions, and deliver the operation, development and enhancement of their systems, ensuring you anticipate any potential issues before they occur.



Required Experience :

• At least 5 years of post qualification experience
• Experience in applying project management methodologies and disciplines to a large scale programme or multiple projects at a time
• Successful track record of structuring and delivering a programme of change projects
• Experience in operational development and compliance heavy projects
• You have overseen complex solutions and possess a natural ability to drive successful outcomes
• You have experience leading a team, and have strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate program objectives
• Proficiency in creating and introducing innovative improvements or new ways of doing things, that solve challenges, while collaborating with multiple teams and specialists from conception to delivery
• Experience leading teams that collaborate and work towards time and budget sensitive deliverables
• You are a natural leader that can build, guide and lead teams towards common objectives
