Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist at Orfium, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process, focusing on identifying, screening, and sourcing top talent for our global team. You will collaborate closely with your recruiter, hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment operations, coordinating interviews, and providing administrative support to the hiring team.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your recruiter to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies for global roles.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system.
• Provide administrative support to the hiring team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communication with candidates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a global or multinational environment ideally within a tech environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing and screening candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment software.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and dynamic work environment, collaborating with team members across different time zones.
• Passion for music and the creative industry is a plus.
