Job description:
Cooper Industries is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Administrative Associate in our Dublin office. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience in administrative support roles.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various departments within the company - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the team - Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the office
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support roles - Strong decision-making and planning skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
