Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


We are seeking a hardworking and independent Administrative Coordinator to join our team at WebDoctor in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, a talent for decision-making, and a proactive approach to handling tasks.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed - Manage office supplies and equipment procurement - Act as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners - Execute special projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the organization


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in administrative roles - Strong project management skills - Exceptional decision-making abilities - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
