Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


Nova Leah is seeking a motivated and dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and promoting work-life balance. As an Entry Level role, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience in administrative or coordination roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. - Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and updating project documentation. - Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports for team members. - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary resources are available for the team. - Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up equipment and providing necessary information. - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.


Requirements: - Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. - Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
