As the CMO, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• You will work closely with the executive team to establish and maintain the brand identity while ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both conventional iGaming and crypto industries, with a proven track record of success in leading marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies in the iGaming/online gambling industry.
• Strong understanding of crypto industry trends and technologies, with previous experience in crypto-related marketing preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
• Highly analytical, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Fluency in English
