Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

9th Impact is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Online Operations Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the online operations of our company and ensuring that all facets of our digital platform run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain the online systems and platforms to ensure optimal functionality - Coordinate with various teams within the company to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise - Conduct regular research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the implementation of new features and updates to the online platform - Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for enhancing user experience and engagement - Provide support to customers and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online operations or a similar role - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights - Reliable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail - Proficiency in various computer programs and platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
