Operations Associate

Jameson Whiskey is seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in operations management. The ideal candidate will be resilient and independent, with a strong attention to detail and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Support the Operations Manager in daily operations tasks - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Assist in the implementation of operational improvements - Analyze and report on key performance indicators - Manage inventory control and supply chain management - Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management - Strong attention to detail and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management principles
