Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

LetsGetChecked is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a mid-to-senior level position with 6 years of experience, the Remote Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our services.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and processes - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members - Handle escalated issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in operations management or a related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Proven track record of managing remote teams and achieving operational targets - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software - Driven and resourceful with a passion for continuous improvement - Vision insurance and Travel opportunities are provided, along with a Joining Bonus
