Practice Payroll Specialist

My client is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team and will be working on a fully remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity which will allow the successful applicant to join an exciting and growing company.

Responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in Payroll Administration and relevant Payroll software applications
• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes laws and regulations
• Understanding of Employee Benefits Administration
• Processing and Managing Payroll

· Payroll taxes and employee benefits

• Basic understanding of Accounting principles
• Experience working with Xero or other cloud-based accounting platforms is a plus

Qualifications

• IPASS-qualified

· Experienced Payroll specialist with 2 to 3 years' experience processing high volume payroll.

• Experience in Google Sheets and Docs ( or equivalent in Excel / Word )
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· A strong desire and interest in working with innovative companies
