Security Officer

Join our Security Officer team on our client site near Youghal.

You will work on our client site guided by a Supervisor and our Operations team. The Provincial HQ team are always on hand should you need anything.

Work life balance is important to us. This role is shift work with four 12 hour shifts one week and three 12 hour shifts the next week (averaging a 42 hour week), operating both day and night shifts.

Prior to starting onsite, you will be familiarised with Provincial and our culture and values, receive mandatory training and start to learn about the operation. In your first six months, you can then focus on becoming confident in your role. There is training support too. Regular one to ones will ensure we support you and your career at Provincial.

About the role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring all visitors and contractors are greeted, monitoring access controls, securing premises and ensuring health and safety on site. Patrols will be on foot and in vehicle.
