Senior IT Applications Analyst

The Senior IT Applications Analyst is a business facing role, working as part of the IOPS Oracle team to develop, support and implement solutions across the IOPS business. As a Senior IT Applications Analyst, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Supports and maintains ERP Applications which includes assisting in trouble shooting functional errors and issue resolution.
• Develop, test, and implement process improvement solutions in line with department procedures.
• Develop and test reporting, analytical and visualization solutions across the Industrial Operations and Product Supply organization (IOPS)
• Document system changes and events within the quality system.
• Manage User Account Administration and provide end user support.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Analytical skills, knowledge of database and SQL, logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly document system updates and configurations.
• Demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation, attention to detail, problem identification and solving skills.
• A high level of initiative, energy and motivation are key role requirements, as well as organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and proactively respond to business needs.
• Good Business acumen.

To be considered applicants ideally should have a BSc/MSc in Computer Science / Business Information Systems or another related field.
