Site Manager

Monaghan Project – School Project Salary – Competitive plus vehicle & fuel About the Company: INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is keen to speak with Site Managers on behalf a Medium sized building contractor on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to join their team working on a school project based in County Armagh valued at €5m. The contractor would cover projects both North and South of Ireland as well as across in Mainland UK as well. They would handle projects between £500k - £7M across educational, healthcare and residential sectors. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee project and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors across the site.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Host weekly meetings to update senior management and clients on project progress.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.
• Complete the project from start to finish.

Criteria Required:

• Construction and Engineering Management degree / qualified.
• Minimum of 5 years site management experience, preferably within large sites.
• Experience in commercial projects.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc.
• Clean Driver’s License.
