Stores Operative / Inventory Technician

Join Our Client's Team as a Stores Technician!

Looking for an exciting opportunity in the pharmaceutical industry? Our client a global sourcing specialist in industrial supplies, serving top multinational clients is on the hunt for a full-time Stores Technician to join their team based on a pharma site in Blanchardstown.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5PM

Salary: €35-€38k PA + KPI Bonus

Location: Blanchardstown Dublin

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and client staff.
• Keep clients informed of any delays or issues.
• Meet strict deadlines with accurate information.
• Manage day-to-day stores operations and deliveries.
• Monitor emails for site requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers for best prices and delivery.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong stores background with excellent admin skills.
• Pharma & GMP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Infor, Coupa, SAP).
• Familiarity with planned maintenance order kitting.
• Knowledge of mechanical & electrical parts.
• Experience with MRO processes and cycle counting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
