The Technical Services Assistant Vice President (AVP) is a pivotal role, placing significant emphasis on the Technical Asset Management of ACG’s owned and managed aircraft. This includes providing crucial guidance, support, and training to the Marketing team on technical matters, with a specific focus on Letters of Intent (LOI) and lease preparation and negotiation. Daily responsibilities encompass providing support and guidance to current lessees and ensuring an up-to-date maintenance status for all aircraft in ACG’s fleet.

HIRING RANGE:

$170,000.00 – $190,000.00

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Transition Management Emphasis:

  • Lead and oversee seamless transition projects, ensuring the effective return from current lessees and timely execution of aircraft delivery or lease transfer projects. Work in tandem with manufacturers and service providers to deliver necessary services, materials, or documents
  • Negotiate and manage return conditions, setting reserve and return compensation rates, and approving maintenance work to safeguard asset value during transitions
  • Act as a key member of the leasing team, driving negotiations across global locations and completing lease agreements with a sharp focus on transition projects
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of EASA and FAA regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the transition process

Marketing and Aircraft Sales Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support aircraft placement with lessees
  • Assist in the negotiation and development of Letters of Intent and Lease Agreements, ensuring commercial soundness and rationale
  • Provide technical data, documentation, and commercial negotiation support to the Aircraft Trading team, with the acquisition / disposal of aircraft and RFP products

General Responsibilities:

  • Minimize used aircraft transition costs by effectively managing delivery conditions, modifications, and maintenance contributions
  • Train and inform the technical, marketing, and finance teams on industry changes affecting asset value and maintenance costs
  • Coordinate with the wider technical team to ensure proper definition of modifications, delivery conditions, redelivery conditions, and maintenance events in leases

The Technical Records Director will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of the company’s aviation assets’ technical records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

  • Lead technical projects and trading campaigns related to aircraft records management
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the company’s aircraft records and maintenance information
  • Oversee the maintenance of records systems to facilitate efficient search and retrieval of aircraft records
  • Maintain oversight of key industry challenges and identify potential exposure and mitigation strategies
  • Identify opportunities to automate and simplify the process of creating and sharing aircraft technical information

ENVIRONMENT

The Aircraft Technical Coordinator will perform complex tasks and assignments to support Regional Technical Managers with returns, deliveries, repossessions, sales, purchases or other special projects. This person will be responsible for processing aircraft records and procurement coordination for parts/services.

HIRING RANGE

$35.00 – $40.00/hr

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

  • Provide direct support to Regional Technical Manager supporting Americas region
  • Collect, analyze and interpret complex technical data
  • Input and maintain data in SharePoint using aircraft records knowledge and expertise
  • Box.com consultant site monitoring and quality control
  • Research and prepare documents as needed during aircraft returns, deliveries, repossessions, sales, purchases or other special projects
  • Work with Consultants to provide proper aircraft records and support during projects
  • Provide Technical Manager with critical path timelines for parts and components on transitioning aircraft
  • Request monthly reports, aircraft updates and TEAMS channel updates
  • Prepare, issue and track purchase orders. Review POs quarterly to ensure Coupa is updated
  • Utilize MyBoeingFleet and AirbusWorld to obtain or review technical information
  • Coordinate with OEMs for maintenance and operational technical publications or other technical data if not located on portals
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by VP, Technical Support
  • Handles other projects/tasks as needed

ENVIRONMENT

Limited travel required on an as needed basis – less than 5%, works indoors 95-100%, 85-90% of day is spent sitting or standing at desk, 10-15% walking to other office areas.

The Senior Accountant will serve as the primary preparer, responsible for numerous critical accounting functions. These include, but are not limited to, recording and tracking lease incentives, maintenance and transition expenses/projections, cash-related tasks, and other ad-hoc projects. This individual will play a pivotal role in the quarterly and annual corporate audits by actively participating in the quarterly close and reporting process. Tasks will include preparing reconciliations and rollforwards, recording journal entries, and researching and resolving issues.

HIRING RANGE

$95,000.00 – $105,000.00

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and rollforwards, provide technical accounting support, compile projections in support of the quarterly and annual close process
  • Liaise with various internal and external parties to perform routine and non-routine accounting functions, work on ad-hoc projects/tasks in support of company objectives and goals
  • Work on day-to-day accounting functions for various key accounts
  • Work directly with our operations team to ensure alignment between our asset/contract system and our general ledger

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

  • Collaborate with the Office Services team to coordinate meeting room bookings, setup, catering, and audiovisual support for meetings, conferences, and events
  • Develop and maintain disaster preparedness plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of emergencies or disruptions.
