Required:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support environment.
• Proficiency and expertise in contemporary computing hardware, software, and standards.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and other cloud environments.
• Competence in Windows (client and server), Active Directory, DNS, Hyper-V, and Powershell.
• Proficient in VMWare, including skills in ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, VSAN, and NSX.
• Competent in Linux/Unix systems such as Red Hat, Debian, Ubuntu, SUSE, and Solaris.
• Skills in network administration, covering LAN/WAN/WLAN, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, BGP, etc.
• Familiarity with storage technologies, including VSAN/SAN.
• Experience in database administration with MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, Aurora, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction.
