Account Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the construction and facilities industry.

· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for building new client relationships.

· Work closely with our recruitment and operations management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

· Assisting with the recruitment of staff for the region

· Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities.

· Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Qualifications:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Full clean driving licence.

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
