About the role

Our Graduate Programme is a one-year programme that will equip you with the tools needed to have a successful career at Glenveagh Properties. From day one you will gain the real hands-on experience on cutting edge projects while being supported and nurtured by our expert management teams.

Our Graduate Programme is designed to support our Graduates in their roles, progressing their development and providing access to key knowledge across the business.

The Construction Management Graduate is responsible for identifying opportunities to implement or improve processes and systems within our manufacturing division.

An interest in timber frame and light gauge steel manufacturing is a must have for this role. This role will be hybrid between Carlow and Maynooth.

Requirements

• You hold or be working towards a Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management or Manufacturing Engineering
• You must have basic knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• You must have the ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
• An interest in residential property is desirable
• Ability to work as part of a team is essential
• Good IT skills are also required
• Full clean driving license is essential
