Key Responsibilities Key tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
• Support the delivery of all operational activities associated with Retrofitting and refurbishing buildings
• Supporting the specification, development and implementation of policies and processes to address function-relevant issues
• Work with installation teams to properly test and validate installations, operation, and performance of heating, insulation, ventilation and electrical systems.
• Responsible for managing client expectations
• Attendance to regular progress meetings with clients as required.
• Ability to work on concurrent projects in multiple geographical regions.
• Travel to sites for site reviews and work with onsite field engineers, as well as provide engineering evaluations, system audits, and start-up as needed.
• Complying with the safety legislation, working in construction sites requires PSCS compliance.
• Ensure quality standards are met continually.
• Evidence of consideration of customer impact in all activities
• Work completed within specified timescales or negotiated where necessary
• Effective relationships built and feedback received
• Regular review of performance objectives
