Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor - Data Centre/Pharma - Galway, Ireland Our client are industry-leading builders and contractors with comprehensive expertise across all sectors, including Data Centres and Pharma/Life Sciences. Traditionally they have been a specialist in civil infrastructure, but they are now expanding their M&E offering. They are now looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to assist in the Life Sciences industry in Ireland. Responsibilities:

• Ability to define expectations to Mechanical Contractors & Engineering designers and ensure delivery in line with this expectation, including the application of standards and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively and frequently with the Engineering & Construction lead to maintain overall project reporting requirements.
• Controlling construction quality and compliance with standards and specifications.
• Ensure that safe work practices are employed by the contractors.

• Must have QA/QC experience
• Mixed piping experience, not all high purity
• Ideally Pharmaceutical background – but open to industry – data centres, industrial
• Previous experience working for general contractors preferred
