Project Manager-Cavan

Our client is a reputable construction company specialising in a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Cavan and its surrounding regions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Cavan and oversee construction projects in the surrounding areas Role and Responsibilities: * Co-ordination of planning, execution and delivery from start to finish. * Liaise with design teams and subcontractors. * Monitor Project Progress and address issues to maintain timeline. * Identify and mitigate potential risk. * Manage Project Quality & Safety over the life cycle of the project. Ideal Candidate: * Be able to plan & deliver a complex project. * Build and maintain effective relationships with the client and design team * Have a good knowledge of regulatory standards and industry practices. * Have excellent communication and leadership skills. * Valid driver's license
