Site Manager (Fitout)

ProSource are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of their client who is a reputable Main Building Contractor known for its expertise in delivering high-quality construction projects.

Job Description: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution and management of a residential project in Cork. You will play a critical role in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Oversee all finishing aspects of the construction project.
• Ensure that the project is executed efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers, to ensure project success.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and costs.
• Foster positive relationships with the project team and clients.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
• Relevant construction qualifications and certifications.
