Site Manager - Monaghan

A Large Building Contractor with offices in Ireland and the UK are seeking a Site Manager to manage a large New Build in Monaghan. The role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 25+ subcontractors.
• Implementing project timelines, ensuring compliance with site procedures, timelines and budgetary requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety.
• Reporting and scheduling management.
• Liaise with Design team and client.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum 5+ years construction experience
• New build experience preferred but not essential
• Relevant Certs essential, including Safe Pass, Manual Handling
• Drivers license
