Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Manna Aero, a leading autonomous drone delivery company, is seeking an Account Support Assistant to join our remote team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing support to our account management team.

Responsibilities: - Assist with managing client accounts and providing excellent customer service - Respond to client inquiries via phone and email - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Support the account management team in strategic planning and problem-solving - Monitor client accounts for any issues or discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner - Assist with preparing reports and presentations for client meetings

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Dedicated and resilient personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
