Excel Recruitment is excited to announce we are seeking an Assistant Café Manager for a brand-new store that's opening in Limerick.

Whats on offer:

• €32k - €36k DOE
• 40 hrs a week
• Pension

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Café Manager to support the operations of our client's new cafe. The Assistant Cafe Manager will work closely with the Cafe Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of the cafe and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, and weekends.
