We now have a fantastic new opportunity for  Bars Manager to join our Larkspur Lounge and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.

Objective of the Role

Ensure the day-to-day operations for all bars and associated areas/functions are carried out in line with property and the Group standards

Main Duties:

• To ensure all customers receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their experience in the property. 
• To ensure our obligations under licensing legislation are appropriately met and delivered professionally.
• To ensure security of cash, stock, float drop, till management and related procedures 
• Oversee staff development and training to ensure the team provide the highest quality standards and customer experience
• Uphold and enhance the hotel's culture through exemplary leadership and continuous improvement efforts

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills 
• Self-motivated and have positive attitude
• Passionate about hospitality and excellent service 
• Flexible with hours/ own Transport
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills
