Job Description - Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Aylien is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Call Center Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Cork, Cork, IE. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to innovate solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, take orders, and process payments over the phone. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met satisfactorily. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner. 2. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically. 3. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. 4. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office programs. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
