Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job description:


Microsoft Ireland is looking for a driven and dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be based remotely, allowing for flexibility in work location. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a call center environment and possess strong leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of call center agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to ensure optimal performance and efficiency - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring resolution in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operations - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
