Analog Devices Ireland is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer for remote work in Dublin, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong people management and analysis skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
