Job Description - Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Energy Elephant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing support to our customers in the energy industry. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet and exceed quality and productivity goals - Participate in training and professional development opportunities - Provide leadership and project management skills as needed


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
