Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Wia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Providing information about products, services, and company policies - Documenting all customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Confidence and adaptability in handling a variety of customer inquiries - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
