Introduction :
We are looking to hire engineers to join our EASA Part-CAMO group supporting our Continuing Airworthiness Management activities for leasing customers’ Boeing fleet. Our activities will include CAMO.A.125(d)1 Continuing airworthiness management of aircraft, CAMO.A.125(e) Airworthiness Reviews and CAMO.A.125(f) Permit to Fly support to major leasing companies, including lease transitions.
The Role:
As the successful candidate, you will be recognised as the subject matter expert (SME) in your functional area, supporting leasing companies, with access to more than 100 years of Boeing in-service experience and data.
Your responsibilities will include;
Being familiar with EASA and other Civil Aviation Regulatory requirements, monitoring amendments to aviation rule making and other regulatory changes
Good understanding and knowledge of EASA Part CAMO and Part M and Continuing Airworthiness activities requirements and Safety Management System
Good understanding and knowledge to develop, review and revise Maintenance Programme, phase, package and bridge aircraft maintenance
Good understanding and knowledge maintenance planning, preparing and planning maintenance packages, aircraft preservation programmes, management of maintenance activity, AMP Last Done / Next Due review
Familiar and being able to establish Reliability Programme
Good understanding and knowledge for aircraft technical records management
Providing technical assistance to the MRO team for line and base maintenance activities
Good understanding and ability to assess and review Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Part 21 Modifications, STCs, Service Letters, other Service Literature, approved maintenance data (like Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Illustrated Parts Catalogue, Structural Repair Manual, Fault Isolation Manual, AFM, Weight & Balance Manual etc.) and other technical documentation and making recommendation to customers.
Understanding and ability to assess/review Life Limited time-controlled parts, configuration control/management including software status
Ability to assess and provide technical support for aircraft defects, technical problems, repairs, maintenance and preservation requirements, trouble shooting, Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support and produce Work Instructions for rectification
Producing Modification – Engineering - Inspection Orders or Work Instructions to address aircraft problems and/or improve reliability
Providing technical analysis and follow up for technical issues, Aircraft on Ground problems, significant events like Air Turn Back, in Flight Shut Down, Diversion
Familiar with managing Mass and Balance Statement
Good understanding and assessment of aircraft utilisation reports, flight hours, cycles and Aircraft Technical Log and CRS
Familiar with lease transactions, transfer of aircraft to a new jurisdiction/operator/lessor
Direct liaison with Boeing Engineering and Original Equipment Manufacturers including in-service support
Establish working relationship and follow up with Original Equipment Manufacturers for aircraft problems, reliability and product improvements, documentation/data requirements
Developing and enhancing processes and procedures to ensure and improve our services and activities.
Continuing airworthiness reporting to customers and preparing/attending/taking actions for customer meetings
Supporting and following up on customers on queries, leading lease transition projects
Work Authorisation:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Ireland. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the EU. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
Required Qualifications:
Degree level of engineering, preferably Aeronautical Engineering
Maintenance Programme formal training and experience (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in verbal and in written form.
Knowledge and understanding of large aircraft maintenance, engineering operations and lease transactions.
Knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements as applicable to the operation and support of transport category aircraft.
Experience in airline or aircraft leasing company technical services or OEM – for engineering and maintenance support activities – is preferred.
The desire to get things completed on time, always compliant and have right manners and attitude to work in complex and diverse working environments,

Knowledge of Boeing standards, processes and drawings
Being able to travel for short term assignments
