The Chat Support Representative at Penneys is a remote work position based in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issues. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. 4. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and positive interactions. 5. Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and improve overall customer service delivery. 6. Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Embrace continuous learning and adaptation to keep up with evolving customer needs and industry trends.
Requirements: 1. Dedicated and motivated individual with a passion for providing top-notch customer service. 2. Strong soft skills, including innovation to find creative solutions and leadership to drive team success. 3. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant technological tools. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity. 6. Flexibility to work a full-time schedule with occasional weekend or evening shifts as needed.
