Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

HubSpot Dublin is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team on a remote basis in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate-level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through chat communication. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat communication. - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively. - Independent and driven personality traits. - Excellent presentation skills. - Proven experience in time management. - Remote work experience is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
