Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

LogoGrab, a leading visual AI company, is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Relations Associate to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any inquiries, issues, or feedback in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and goals, providing personalized solutions and recommendations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed and resolved efficiently - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to increase client satisfaction and drive revenue - Monitor client usage and engagement metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key metrics and outcomes - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications in our CRM system

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and technology
