Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


LinkedIn Ireland is seeking a motivated and confident Client Service Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase client satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly and effectively - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most innovative solutions


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client service management or a related field - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
