Job Description:
As a Client Support Officer at LetsGetChecked, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. You will be the main point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their orders, results, or general inquiries. This role requires a high level of energy and confidence, as well as the ability to conduct research and demonstrate leadership skills when necessary.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve client issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 3. Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and interpreting test results. 4. Educate clients on our products and services to ensure they have a positive experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments to relay client feedback and improve overall processes. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and confident personality. 3. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to client inquiries. 4. Demonstrated leadership abilities in a team environment. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
